Congratulations to Nexus Customised Employment Program client Josh, who has secured an award-wage position with local auto parts and tyre business Sparco after joining the program just over three months ago.
A passionate motorsport fan with a love of cars, Josh is excited to begin his new role, where he will manage Sparco’s website and social media.
After joining the Nexus Customised Employment Program, Josh quickly built the confidence and skills to take the next step in his employment journey.
When Nexus Employment Facilitator James Berry identified the perfect opportunity for Josh, he recommended him to Sparco, where he was warmly welcomed to the team.
“Josh’s passion was evident immediately,” Sparco owner Scott Bagorski said.
“We are already looking for additional work for Josh, as he is eager to take on more,” he said.
Thank you to Sparco for not only providing Josh with an award-wage employment opportunity, but also quickly modifying the store entrance by widening the doorway to create a more accessible workplace.
