As part of this commitment, we were pleased to welcome the team from Migrant Resource Centre Tasmania (MRCTAS) to our Harmony Week celebrations.
As Harmony Week coincided with Ramadan this year, we were mindful of colleagues observing the fast and therefore chose to mark the occasion a little later, coming together for an afternoon tea at our Hobart office last week.
The session provided a valuable opportunity to bring together staff and have open conversations about what inclusion looks like in the workplace, in line with this year’s Harmony Week theme, “Everyone Belongs.”
We were delighted to welcome Sahana and Tabitha from MRCTAS, who spoke with our team and shared practical insights into inclusion and what belonging looks like in our day‑to‑day work environment.
