Where are these services available?

Our Nexus Capacity Building Hub will launch in Hobart first. We hope to also be able to offer this service in the North and North West soon - watch this space!

How do I (or my family member) access this service?

Everyone who does activities at the Capacity Building Hub must have NDIS funding. Most people will use their Capacity Building or Community Access funding to access the Hub but we are happy to work with you on this to see how we can best support you. You can submit an Expression of Interest using the button above or speak to our friendly team on 6240 5000

Can the Nexus Capacity Building Hub programs be changed to support me with my goals?

Yes, our Capacity Building Hub activities can be tailored to support you to achieve your goals.

When can I go to the Capacity Building Hub?

We will have a calendar of events available soon and you are welcome to attend whichever activities suit your goals and funding.

Is the Hub accessible?

The Hub is fully wheelchair accessible and has areas that can be made to accommodate sensory sensitivities.

How old do I have to be to go to activities at the Nexus Capacity Building Hub?

Our Capacity Building Hub is open to anyone over the age of 10 years old looking for flexible, inclusive ways to build skills, and meet new people.

Can I visit the Capacity Building Hub before I start doing activities there?

Yes - we would love to take you on a tour of the Hub! You can book a tour to meet the team and see the space. Parents, Guardians, Support Coordinators, and NDIS Planners are also always welcome to visit and ask questions about NDIS funding or enrolment.
