Your Role as a Rostering Officer
We have multiple opportunities in our Hobart and Burnie offices for empathetic and highly organised Rostering Officer. Working on a rotating roster in a small team, you will ensure the accurate creation and filling of rosters across our Operational Divisions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team responsible for the creation, maintenance and coordination of accurate rosters across all sites. You will ensure a favourable and constructive outcome for our clients by filling shifts in accordance with staff skills, experience, Enterprise Agreements and Work Health and Safety requirements.
