About the Role
In a period of continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Facilities and Asset Manager/Business Manager to oversee and optimise the Nexus asset portfolio, and provide business management to the maintenance branch of our social enterprise SEED.
Working collaboratively across Nexus, the Facilities and Assets Management part of this role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and compliance with relevant regulation to ensure efficient utilisation and financial sustainability of our asset portfolio to support the delivery of high-quality services to people living with disability.
The Business Management part of this role involves working with the maintenance team of our social enterprise SEED (Social Enterprise, Employment and Diversity) to connect them with maintenance opportunities across Nexus assets and facilities, as well as sourcing new external maintenance contracts.
The workload split for the position will be .8 FTE in the Facilities and Asset Manager role and .2 FTE for the SEED Business Manager position.
