We have wrapped up another successful year of connecting with communities at Speak Out’s Disability Expos across Tasmania.
Over the past few weeks, our teams have enjoyed attending Speak Out’s ‘Gearing Up for Choice and Control’ Disability Expos in Hobart, Launceston and Devonport.
These events provided a valuable opportunity to connect with members of the community and help them learn more about Nexus and the supports we provide.
Our teams spoke with attendees about a range of services, including Supported Living, Community Access, Complex Support, Customised Employment, and our Children and Youth and Respite programs.
It was great to about what people are looking for from their supports and learning more about service gaps in different regions.
The expos were also a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues from across the state and discuss how we can continue to provide the best possible support to Tasmanians with disability.
