Our team had a great time attending the Hobart and Southern Tasmania Employment & Careers Expo at MyStateBank Arena earlier this week.
It was great to see hundreds of local job seekers walking through the gates, full of enthusiasm!
With a focus on making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients, our staff interacted with attendees and talked about upcoming positions available across all our divisions.
This year, we hosted a unique workshop where we reflected how Nexus can assist in breaking down barriers to becoming a Support Worker.
Our Manager People and Culture Angela Porter also took part in a panel discussion called “The Next Step” where she, along with other fantastic panellists, discussed about navigating career changes, returning to work, and addressing gaps in resume.
