Congratulations to our North West staff member Danieka Smart who has been promoted to the role of Assistant Manager of Nexus Supported Living Division.
Danieka joined Nexus as a Team Leader last year after Nexus’ transition with the Coastal Residencial Services (CRS). Since then, she has been enjoying the inclusiveness and support that is provided to both the clients and staff.
“Every single person that is a part of Nexus, is treated equal and their contributions as both staff and clients are valued,” Danieka said.
“I am looking forward to being a support network to all the Nexus staff in the North West and being able to assist the clients to ensure they are living their best life while being provided a supports through Nexus.”
Danieka said she is looking forward to seeing all the positive outcomes that will come from both the clients and staff in her new role, including seeing the continuous goal kicking, social interactions and the upskilling of both the clients and staff.
